Dan’s place was so cozy and welcoming! We enjoyed a girl’s weekend to celebrate my birthday in the area. The listing was very convenient to downtown’s attractions!

This was our 3rd time staying at one of Dans properties. He is very responsive with any questions or concerns. All of his places have been great. This one was very conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores and downtown. It was very quiet and comfortable. The back yard was a good size with a fence for privacy. If you ever need a place to stay in Greenville I recommend checking out Dans listing. We already have our 4th stay booked with him. You will not be disappointed if you are looking for a place close to downtown to stay at a great price too!
