Dan's place was very spacious and perfectly accessible for someone with limited mobility like myself. The location is perfect for easily exploring Greenville without feeling like you are actually right there in the city. Would certainly stay again when visiting Greenville.

Great location, right down the street from a phenomenal coffee shop. Much larger than it appears in the photos, plenty of space for large groups. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Dan’s plan was great! We were in a bind and needed a place to stay the night. His communication was fantastic and the check in instructions were simple and clear.

The place is as the photo's show. Easy to get anywhere from there. A lot to do in the area. Dan was great. The unit said it had a microwave and when we got there it didn't. I reached out to Dan and there was one on our doorstep!

The place was exactly what was pictured. We had a slight issue at check in with the code but as soon and I reached out to Dan he responded with it fixed in less than 5 minutes.

I travel to Greer occasionally for business and I’ve stayed a Dan’s place a few times while a I was there. The house was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Including a washer and dryer which is really convenient if you are there for more than a couple of days. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and really close to several restaurants and shopping centers. My only complaint would be that the parking is kind of tight for a larger vehicle but I made it work. Other than that everything was great and would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

We had a great stay here! Our group included two friends with their cat, along with my spouse and me, and the space worked really well for all of us. The location was excellent—very convenient for getting around by car and exploring Greenville. The home was clean and neat upon arrival, and everything matched the listing description. All the amenities were as expected, and even though our stay was short, having a washer and dryer on-site was a huge plus. Access to the property was simple and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even smoother. Overall, a very solid stay—we’d definitely recommend it to others visiting the area.

This home was a perfect place to explore Greenville. It’s right next to Swamp Rabbit Trail, which made biking to downtown easy. So many great parks, restaurants, and breweries along that trail. Location is everything with this one.

Right off the bat highway. Conveniently located near food, gas, and pharmacies yet small suburbia street feel. Fenced in yard ample for the pups. Whether you’re entertaining an extended stay in Greenville solo or as a couple or a pit stop to break up a long journey this is a great choice.

It looked like it was renovated and furnished very recently. It had great appliances, including a stackable, large washer and dryer. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were very clean.
